What do you fix?
We repair virtually all desktops, laptops, and portable devices. We service iPods, laser printers and many different inkjet printers. See services page for more information about what we service.

What are your rates?
We offer the best rates in the area and are clear and up-front about all our fees. Call (315-632-4515) or email for a quote today.

When will my repair be complete?
We strive for 24-48 hour turnaround on all repairs and will provide you with a quote within 24 hours.

What is your warranty policy?
All repairs on hardware come with a 6-month parts and labor warranty. Physically broken items or items that have water damage are not included. As an Apple Service Provider we also honor all warranty arrangements on Apple Products.

What is your return policy?
All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any defective item will be replaced for free however shipping charges may be applied. All returned items will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. For a return to be accepted, it must be in the exact same condition as it was at the time of purchase and include the original packaging and documentation.
